It was a pleasure to work with Ryan. I live in Long Beach which required that we do all the planning and communication via phone. There was never a problem and the whole job was done in a timely manner at a very fair price. Ryan and the Rangel Electric team installed new Category 6 Ethernet and TV cabling throughout our home along with a central patch panel for our home network. They provided a clear and thorough proposal up front. Price, scope of work, and timing did not deviate from proposal. Ryan and his team conducted themselves professionally and honestly. I felt I got my money’s worth for the job–and it was done right. I liked them so much that I’m going to try to use them again for updating our home theater system as well as additional projects for our office. We worked with Ryan and he was certainly responsive to our needs. We made several revisions to our project over the course of the work and he was very attentive to our needs. He went above and beyond in helping to complete the project as quickly as possible, even bought and installed light bulbs for us! Greg Rangel installed our flat screen tv, which included putting an outlet on the wall and running a conduit for future use. He offered alternatives, was candid & professional. He also made it a point to clean the work areas inside & outside the house.

I am based out of Newport Beach and manage MANY properties for my boss. When electrical issues came up Ryan Manning from Rangel was on top of it for me. There was great communication and the job was done in a timely manner. I could trust him to do the work from Newport too which saved me a headache and time. I was very pleased with the work that was done.

I’ve written about Rangel Electric before, but here’s another wonderful story. I was working on a re-do of the island in our kitchen. This was the food-prep and clean-up area so it had the sinks, the disposal, the dishwasher and so on. After I ripped everything out and had the granite guy and the plumber ready to do their things, I suddenly realized that the electricity was not what it was supposed to be and would not support the two dishwashers, the instant hot, the instant cold, the disposals, etc., etc., etc. I put in a panic-stricken phone call to Greg Rangel (the head honcho), explaining the situation. He sent one guy over to see what the problem was; reinforcements arrived shortly thereafter; the crisis was averted, and his guys came back a few days later to calmly and neatly finish everything. Whew! My heroes!

Rangel did a ton of work for us: lights, wiring, installation of appliances, outlets, outdoor lighting and indoor and outdoor entertainment systems. Worked with them for the best part of nine months. Work teams and management great to work with. Scheduled to our needs, cleaned up everything after each install. Had to do some special painting and touch up and it came out so you can’t even see where the holes were. Bids and bills right on. No surprises. Special equipment was installed in the stereo system and Ryan researched it and it sounds GREAT!! Can’t give a better recommendation.

Arrived earlier than forecasted which was great since our power was out. Gave a full explanation of work done and why we had an electrical fire (metal switch boxes installed too close together caused a short and flash fire). Cleaned up everything and couldn’t even tell there was a fire or a repair. Recommended!

We were very pleased with the courtesy, responsibility, and expertise knowledge in addressing our electronic problems. It is so pleasant to deal with a company that is responsible and is not trying to sell the customer more than needed. We were treated very fairly and due to our lack of knowledge regarding electronics were not taken advantage of in any way. Thank you Ryan for your expertise.
